Crochet kit - Cozy Scarf

This crochet scarf is made with the luxurious DANDELION LACE yarn, which contains super kid mohair and baby alpaca. It feels incredibly soft against the delicate skin of your neck, while the pure new wool in the yarn adds strength and firmness, so the scarf retains its shape. The modern simple design is crocheted lengthwise with a granny stitch pattern, which you may know from the popular granny squares, and the scarf is finished with a beautiful rolled edge in simple single crochet stitches.

The piece starts in the middle of the scarf, which is crocheted back and forth lengthwise in granny stitch. Increase with chain spaces on both sides and a double crochet pattern in the middle front, which is repeated over four rows to create an elongated, triangular shape. Finally, crochet single crochets around the scarf, which gives an even and stable edge.

Yarn consumption:

Dandelion Lace: 75 g

Crochet hook:

2.5mm and 3.5mm

Crochet tension:

19 sts x 28 rows with single crochets = 10 x 10 cm.
20 sts x 11 rows with granny stitch pattern = 10 x 10 cm.

NOTE: Remember that the crochet hook size is only a guide. If you get too many stitches on 10 cm, switch to a thicker crochet hook. If you get too few stitches on 10 cm, switch to a thinner crochet hook.
