Return

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you always have the option to return the goods within a period of 30 days.

When returning an item for reasons other than an error on the part of Gaia Garn, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. You are also responsible for any damage that may occur during transport, as well as for lost packages.

In order to make a return, the product and the banderole must be in undamaged and unused condition. For example, the yarn must not have any smell of smoke or the like. Please note that we do not refund the payment for goods that have been used or damaged.

Refund:

If you want a refund, the amount will always be refunded to the payment card you used to purchase the item. If this is not possible, we will contact you to provide an account number to which we can transfer the money.

It is important that the item appears new and is returned in the same condition as you received it.

This means that the item must be unused and undamaged when returned, and both the label and packaging must be in original condition.

If the item or packaging is damaged or shows signs of use, the amount refunded will be reduced.

You also have the option to cancel your purchase by refusing to receive the item.

Exchange:

If you want to exchange an item that you ordered in the wrong color, yarn quality, or similar, simply return it. Then you can re-order the desired item yourself.

We will refund the amount for the returned item once we have received it.

Complaint:

If your item is defective, or if you have another complaint, we always ask you to contact us before returning the item.

Send an email to strik@gaiagarn.dk with your complaint and we will process it as quickly as possible.

In your email, please include the order number and the reason for your complaint. Please include pictures as documentation if possible.
