Test knitter
Dear Test Knitter
Thank you for your interest and desire to become part of our creative team as a test knitter. This agreement sets out the terms of our collaboration, where you will receive knitting patterns and materials for test knitting. The goal is to ensure that our patterns are of the highest quality before they are made available to the wider audience. We also want to be able to show the finished result in relevant color and yarn.
Project description and quality requirements:
As a test knitter, you will receive a pattern and all necessary yarn for the project. It is your responsibility to adhere to the knitting tension, follow the pattern closely, and note any errors or suggestions for improvements. We value your expertise and input in making the pattern as user-friendly as possible. When changing yarn, the ends are attached invisibly; knots are not accepted. The finished project is delivered fully assembled and washed.
Deadlines:
Before you start the project, we will agree on a fixed deadline by which the project must be completed. This deadline is important to us as we plan photo sessions and marketing activities around the finished product. We expect the finished project to be sent back to us by this date at the latest, unless otherwise agreed.
Feedback and communication:
During the preparation, we would like you to continuously document your process and provide feedback on the recipe. This includes difficulty, understandability and any errors or ambiguities. The ongoing dialogue will primarily take place via email/phone, and will enable us to resolve any problems quickly.
Return of the completed project:
The finished project must be sent back to us, where it will be used for model photos and possibly other marketing purposes. At the end of the project, we will cover the costs of shipping, as long as standard shipping is used. If you subsequently want us to send your finished knit back to you, this can be agreed upon.
Copyright and confidentiality:
All test knits and associated images, feedback and notes become the property of Gaia Garn upon submission. You may not share or publish the pattern, images of the finished work or details of the testing process without prior written permission. approval from Gaia Garn.
Compensation:
As payment for your work and the time you spend during the test knitting, we offer you a personal discount code of 30%, which you can use on www.gaiagarn.dk , when the finished project is delivered, and 3 months in advance. The code is for personal use only and may not be used for resale. If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to cancel the code.
We look forward to a productive collaboration and are excited to see your results. This agreement is a testament to our shared commitment to creating quality knitting patterns with beautiful images that show the finished result. By accepting this agreement, you confirm that you understand and agree to the terms described above.
Thank you for your cooperation and commitment.
Kind regards,
