Do you need help with a recipe?

We are happy to help you with questions about Gaia Garn's own knitting patterns. If you have technical questions about our crochet or knitting patterns, we can help you if you send an email describing the following:

• What recipe is your question about?
• The page number and the specific place in the recipe where you encountered the problem.
• A detailed description of your problem.
• Your name and phone number so we can get back to you.

In order for us to best assist you, it is important that you remember to include all of the above points in your email. We do our best to respond to your inquiry as quickly as possible on weekdays, but please note that we unfortunately cannot guarantee a response on weekends.

Please also note that we generally cannot help with technical questions about recipes from other designers. In these cases, we recommend that you contact the designer directly.
