We have knitted Sweater No. 28 from My Favourite Things Knitwear in the exclusive Alpaca Silk yarn. It has become a beautiful creation, where the yarn really comes into its own and gives the design an exclusive look. This yarn choice also makes the look less fluffy and woolly, which gives the sweater a more shiny and sophisticated look. This makes Alpaca Silk a perfect yarn alternative for those who want a less fluffy look in their knits.

Sweater No. 28 is an oversized sweater knitted in a beautiful and simple textured pattern. It has a boxy fit with tight sleeves and a high neck. The body-hugging yoke with drop shoulder effect creates a nice contrast to the wide body, giving the sweater a fit that suits all body types. The sweater is knitted from the top down, so you can try it on as you go and adjust the length to fit you exactly.

*Length is measured at the center back.

Sweater No. 28 is an oversized model with tight-fitting sleeves. For sizes XS-XL, a movement space of approx. 35 cm is recommended, and for sizes 2XL-4XL, 20-25 cm is recommended.

It is important to measure yourself before you start knitting to find the best fitting size.

Example: If you measure 86 cm around the chest, add 35 cm: 86 + 35 = 121 cm. You should therefore choose size S, which has an upper width of 122 cm.

Yarn:

1 strand Alpaca Silk (120m/50g).

Stick:

Circular needle 4 mm (40 and 80 or 100 cm)

Gauge:

21 stitches x 32 rows in textured pattern on 4 mm needles = 10 x 10 cm

Price per meter: DKK 0.57.

Material: 40% Alpaca wool, 40% Merino wool (superwash), 20% Silk

Weight: 50g

Running length: 120 m / 50 g
