Rikke sweater, designed by Kathrine Hannibal for Ōnling, has been knitted here in Gaia yarn, in 1 strand Alpaca peak in the color Golden Bamboo (003).

Here you get the yarn pack for a warmer version of the Rikke Sweater! The yarn choice still highlights the beautiful rib pattern and adds elegance to the design. Great attention has been paid to details and fit, and with a slightly high neck, beautiful raglan and built-in lace pattern, this sweater is an absolute must-have in your wardrobe – now also perfect for the colder days!

The sweater is knitted in the round, top down. Cast on with Italian cast on. Knit reverse rows over the shoulders and neck at the beginning to create a higher neck. The yoke is knitted with increases in raglan. Then divide the work and finish the sleeves and body separately. The sleeves are knitted in the round.

The sweater has an oversized fit and gives a lot when washed and blocked. There is a positive ease of 15-20 cm. If you want a sweater that fits a little tighter, it is recommended to choose a size smaller.

Knit with one thread throughout the entire piece.

Sticks:

Circular needle 3.0 and 4.0 mm

Gauge:

21 stitches x 32 rows in slightly stretched rib on 4 mm needles = 10 x 10 cm
