The beautiful Chunky Lyon sweater from PetiteKnit, we have knitted in Gaia yarn, 1 strand Cashmere Soft Touch and 1 follower strand, Dandelion Lace. A beautiful combination that gives the right knitting tension and creates a super soft match, perfect for this design that has a high neck. The picture shows color match No. 080.

Lyon Sweater – Chunky Edition is knitted from the top down. First, the upper part of the back is knitted with increases. Then the shoulders are knitted by picking up stitches from the top of the back piece. Stitches are then picked up along the shoulders, and the yoke is knitted together on circular needles – first back and forth, and then in the round. The body is knitted in the round on circular needles, while the sleeves are also knitted in the round on circular needles, and finished either with double pointed needles or using the Magic Loop technique. Finally, a turtleneck is knitted in the neck opening. The sweater has stripes that start from the middle of the yoke and continue downwards.
